Sounds better and I agree THAT could be easily seen with any type of deal short of a full buyout. It could also be seen that an acceptable buyout offer is made and those thinking they can "get in later" would be watching a receding train as it moves away without them, forever, game over. Not saying you are a "get in later" guy as I believe you have pointed out the potential issues with that elsewhere.
