The S-1/A filed today was still preliminary and not the final.
Final price is TBD. It is not what you see in the filing today nor what it was last one.
If you get wind of the roadshow starting you know the the company received final approval. Most don't announce it until they are about ready to uplist.
I posted an example of a company that was doing a PO and uplisting. If you go back through my posts you'll find it. I forget which one I used as an example. Not hard to find other graduates of the OTC.
I can tell you, none of the ones I've seen communicate anything to shareholders like Rory does.
