That's why I've been following sites focusing on 101 reversals. I think SFOR's case is one that R&G and Iancu can point to as a landmark case that re-institutes IP law & puts the US back to the #1 spot for innovation. R&G likes getting in the limelight --- this David vs Goliath battle would not only be profitable ..... it'll be newsworthy --- who wouldn't want that kind of press?
