On Feb 4th I attended the hearing at the Fed Court Building in DC, as you all know. The court room wasn’t huge. The spectator seating area was about 50’ x 50’ made up of 4 rows of benches. When the court was opened the people in the lobby filed in as well as late comers. I had met up with another SFOR shareholder and went in with him and took a seat. Each row could hold about about 12 people comfortably. The benches were pretty filled up. 2 cases were heard before us. As each case ended the attorneys (2 from each side) got up and left with one or two spectators. When our case was called I was aware of R&G’s 5 attorney’s,Kay, Waller, and Ram, myself and the other shareholder. There was a 4th person sitting with SFOR principles who told me he was “outside” counsel. I asked what firm and he said R&G. When our case ended about 3/4’s or more of the spectators got up to leave. It was like a flash mob to me. No one greeted each other when they came in to give a clue they were here for SFOR case. I assumed they were all there for different cases. I was shocked as everyone got up to leave. I remember the other shareholder sitting next to me saying “ who are all these people”? I’m saying this because I have personally believed SFOR is so much bigger than what I understand it to be. That moment, when the courtroom emptied, I KNEW this was bigger then we all know! I can’t get that moment out of my thoughts. There is so much riding on this court decision, and with a win we are more then golden. I was convinced then and am more convinced then ever now. Be prepared for the tsunami that will be coming our way with a reversal. The more time that goes by the better. That’s not my thoughts but straight from our lead attorney. Have a great day!
