GREAT POST! let's be honest I'm sure what you stated
GREAT POST! let's be honest I'm sure what you stated about John Blackington and being replaced by another Coporate guy with a rolodex has crossed every investors mind , we've seen this movie before and it doesn't end well! I will be honest that's one of my strong suites! John Blackington is History and I couldn't be happier! That guy was supposed to be second to Michael Welch and after seeing about four podcast and him not being there told me all I needed to know, this guy isn't part of the team! Unlike John Blackington I seen Doug Gillen and I'm impressed with his experience and proven history , but like allways "THE PROOF IS IN THE POS HE DELIVERS, JUST LIKE OSCAR SAID AND JUST LIKE MICHAEL SAID SELL YOUR SHARES IF YOU DON'T GET THIS IS A LONG TERM INVESTMENT AND I WOULD ADD IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THAT DOUG IS THE RIGHT GUY!
I watched the podcast three times and there is no doubt in my mind Doug is the right guy, time will tell! I have expectations if he doesn't deliver a distribution contract in the next 30 days then maybe we have the wrong guy , he's been there for like six weeks now, so I'm sure before he took the job he had allready been talking with his contacts to see if he could deliver.
I also believe the Mexico deal was the biggest reason he took the position! He looked at something that was a huge deal that the RMHB team put in place.which he believes he can make happen in the USA and Canada. I believe he was the perfect choice just like I believed in the Mexico deal over a year ago.
I would also add that age has nothing to do with it and sometimes it's not even the experience. It's the ability to leverage your relationships and sell what you believe in with a team, service and products that will back it up. It seems to me that we have the team and the products that he can sell.
When I was in business with my brother ,we allways use to say making money is about having relationships with the ability to back up what your selling! You can be the most experienced person that ever lived but if you don't have the relationships and the team in place to back you up it doesn't matter your going to have a difficult time selling.
