First of all..the 8k was to announce a proxy vote...before a split can happen all shareholders would receive a package in the mail sent out by the TA...you could then choose to attend the meeting in NY in person or vote by proxy...this isn't going to happen tomorrow...they are setting this up for the future..
Also announcing a reverse split by itself makes absolutely no sense....
We are not that bloated compared to other mj companies...
So in my mind there is something more to this...
Is it good or bad for us?
I don't know....
But I will be in israel in a little more than a week and trust me...I will ask the questions that need to be asked...
Whether the company is honest with me...who knows.
