Unfortunately it seems that all original shareholders in Geotraq were shafted by Sullivan. He changed the company name to Gotrack, or something like that, which in turn transferred all shareholder stock to the new company. He then, somehow, retained Geotraq as a private entity and sold it to ARCI. Then Gotrack, basically an empty shell company with zero assets, was transferred to MJVP which seems to be a pot/weed company. I fail to see any connection between IOT and pot/weed so I can only assume that even if Sullivans "idea" were to prosper it would have absolutely zero bearings or gains to shareholders of MJVP. Sullivan had his 30 pieces of silver of ARCI, along with all investors monies. Everything he has done from start to finish in this entire transfer debacle stinks to high heavens. The only hope here for shareholders is that MJVP has a run that will enable holders to recoup their losses or to file a suit against Sullivan.
