It is hard to be patient, but I am very excited by recent activities. As always, it is about execution and timing. I think, Gerald is done trying to get the best deal and is doing the smart thing partnering as he has been. All needed is a spark.
In regards to raising capital using Reg A, SEC adapted rules allowing public companies to use Reg A on Dec 19, 2018. We know that Amarantus has been in contact with SEC regarding Reg A since Dec. The general time it takes to qualify for Reg A is as follow:
30 Days to compile the required documents.
30 Days to complete and submit the forms.
30-45 Days to get SEC appeal.
Looking forward to hear updates on this and the other partnerships/joint ventures.
