This is a great opportunity to revisit this referenced post containing a quote from the company spokesperson:

"As for the higher incidence of news releases from the company, I think that is over. At least my recommendation was to end it. The company should ignore NOBO shareholders and concentrate on what it can accomplish with its products and new products. Constant notification of thankless transient shareholders is a waste of company resources.

"Constant notification of thankless transient shareholders is a waste of company resources."

Now, the "rumor":

Interesting rumor. Shasta Technologies LLC the original filer of the DECN 510K with the FDA, probably the most corrupt corporation in the annals of American business, and the recipient of a lot of help from DECN shareholders, former shareholders and message board posters now owes DECN $3.6 million after DECN received judgment in court. The role of Shasta appears to be done, but the 6-7 DECN co-conspirators are not out of the woods. Despicable behavior on the part of stock traders who lost or were down money on DECN stock does fall into the category of what goes around comes around. I wonder how much Shasta promised these hoodlums?

Well, too late now.

Once again, the "rumor" replaces the PR, updating the "thankless transient shareholders" via the best way possible...
