The SJ decision is just a little bump in the road. It was an absolutely terrible decision and one a Federal judge should not have made. It will be overturned by the Federal Circuit court in Washington, DC, and when it comes back to the Vegas court, if it gets that far without a settlement first, there will be a new judge on this case. Judicial bias, in the Trump era, is taken as seriously as a heart attack.
As for the higher incidence of news releases from the company, I think that is over. At least my recommendation was to end it. The company should ignore NOBO shareholders and concentrate on what it can accomplish with its products and new products. Constant notification of thankless transient shareholders is a waste of company resources.
