I hope you don't mind but I would like to ask you a few questions. I see your connected to Jason Steinberg and Utopya. You're experience and work history look impressive. I am an investor in ANDI, the parent company of Utopya.

1. What is your role, if any with Utopya?

2. Is Utopya holding real phones that are ready for launch in India? And what time frame are we looking at?

3. How big of a scale are we looking at?

4. With your history launching HTC, are you confident that Utopya has a quality product that can be launched from ground zero?

5. Can you confirm software is ready?

6. Is Teralight involved and producing sales/revenue?
