I couldn’t have put it any better myself. Said a few weeks ago that the only ones I didn’t think were lying/manipulative POS were Melanie and Jason. Got reemed out because of Jason’s “sub with Nukes coming” comment.
Yes Jason said that and I’m upset about what has transpired as well, but like you my DD and research leads me to the exact same conclusion. The only ones really honest and trustworthy are Melanie and Jason. I believe they wanted/still want this to work out. Will it is the big question.
You are “spot on” on your assessment of this being a crossroads as well. White will need to come out and set deadlines for when phones will be available and answer some other difficult questions on his blog. If he stays silent, well then we all know what that means.
Where is the company receiving funding? That is the big question. No one knows but many believe that the reason things haven’t progressed is because they have no money. Then White comes on board and next thing we know Jason has pictures of himself in China with phones. Did White fund part of the operation to get Utopya going again? Many of us want to believe that, but as long as we aren’t able to purchase phones, no one will know if they got the funding to purchase phones or not. Just speculation.
On a side note, I remember someone on this board reached out to Ajay Sharma. He’s an Indian phone guy on LinkedIn. I vaguely remember someone saying that he told them that he believed Jason was working on something big. If anyone remembers that conversation it would be great to see it.
