our RS is not made so that the company can sell shares on the open market to stay afloat! There will be a small dilution for the SC acquisition but it is very limited and perfectly justified.
If the price were to falter a little after the RS it would be purely for psychological reasons (fear, self-fulfilling prophecy...) or due to final manipulations before the uplist.
the idea that the RS would somehow be different for people who bought at 2$ rather than 2 cents is entirely baseless
