I'm glad you are a fellow long, but I think you may be misunderstanding the RS. The RS doesn't effect the company's potential revenue or growth in a negative way, other than allowing VERB to trade on NASDAQ where there are bigger and smarter fish. If anything, our potential is now greater. As Rory said, if we grow as he expects he would consider doing a FS. What if he did a 15 to 1 FS a year from now? How would that change VERB's potential? How would that effect the value of your investment? What are the purposes of a RS, or a FS? Something for you to think about and research. I think you will be more confident once you finish your research.
