i re-listened to the conference call yesterday.....if they are going to do just 40 % of what they talked about, it will produce a very viable company......
in the mso dept.....if we only achieve 40 % of the 30 states in the next year, that's about 12 states in all.....the math looks good there....
joe said that we only acquired about 20 % of the acquisitions, we have acquired 5 companies in the last 3 months...(pantheon,medisource, olaregen, regenty's, and letter of intent for fuse medical,....and i may have forgotten some....so if 5 is 20 %, we are looking to acquire at least 25 companies, some revenue generating.....so if we only do 25 % of 20 (remaining), that's another 5 acquisitions....coming down the pike....
the spin-off of antigen is already in finra hands.....correct?.....its just a matter of executing that deal.....do the math for the number of shares you will get and multiply by at least 5 bucks....that's a nice bonus......
the most thing i am excited about is the synergy between these companies that are being swallowed.....its really seems to be centric in organization and hopefully in execution....the sky is the limit in this regards....
as for the pps.....its the stock market....its liquid.....that's why the stock market exist....so people can fish some cash from it....some are good at it like tc and others...others like me.....sit and wait on the bank waiting for the big fish to come to me......
