my thinking is we dont know how far the stock can be pushed down from that funding. The further they push down and then convert at 70% of the lowest price etc, it cant be figured how many shares will be issued or hitting the market.
For ex, they drive it down to $2 on 100,000 shares, then convert at $1.40. Thats $60k profit for argument sake. Then its repeated again and again
Technically, its almost unlimited depending on how their selling is absorbed in the market. Add to that marketmakers aware of this will probably add to the sell pressure. They see free money for themselves
