well a few thoughts re: your post ..
first RH has never spared P2O investors when it comes to bad news .. so would he now?
he's also been .. up until December 2018 .. remarkably consistent in filing
so imo the odds of this originating from *interaction* with RH is slim tho not impossible
second as most who have spent any time in an OTC stock/company know .. few survive .. usually .. unless one is part of the *crew* that works said stock/companies' cycles of money b4 the final kill order is given .. most retail and mgmt are left for road kill .. mgmt usually because their lack of *awareness* as to what is being done to their company via the relentless pps compression of their stock .. and retail because it takes time to digest *efforts* .. but relentless compression on paper can trigger retails' emotions
third is knowing that any (imo beyond *original* whose remnants remain embedded and foaming) other trading crew of the multitude that infest the vehicle of choice could enter PTOI at any time .. as of COM yesterday P2O remained an OTC *survivor* .. which means if X entity wanted to try and front load/front run PTOI (stock) .. they would sit for months trying to pick off shares and do so without disrupting established patterns
in August 2018 .. *volume made me take notice* .. except for the fact that the same core group of investors mostly picked off that *volume* (pps about 015~)
in December 2018 .. more than a few longs noted to me privately that PTOI looked to be about to be *run* ..
because i've been the recipient of folks' sells (and buys) over the years .. i took note of what i considered to be sells of significance .. when noted .. it fit *imo* for Sept/Oct .. but known sells' passed on in December didn't
so is it possible that some *crew* wanted to run PTOI off of presumed news out of RH .. possibly if news was actually good .. ie .. monies actually changed hands from buyer to seller .. but because there are no leaks out of RH or BoD .. seems like a risky gamble because again for the most part there are only a handful of retail investors who hold a significant amount of shares below X PPS ..
even the NR embed working PTOI since the first handoff .. recognized what i've alluded to .. majority of *shares* from early/original investors have a CB far higher
than the sub 6c PPS .. PTOI has been mostly *held* at for over 5 years now ..
i remain split 50/50 as to whether this is a new crew working PTOI .. or news is actually en route out of P2O .. it's not like shareholders aren't overdue .. we are

Just an exercise in thought play trickery here. So if I were an unethical fun loving whale and wanted to mess around for sport and laughs, here's what I might initiare with ptoi. The perfect pump and dump wreck everybody run. First I would lay a little ground work with the CEO.
"Hey Rick let's do a deal." " you got great tech I believe in and I want to save the world." Of course I'd slow play Rick.
Than while I'm messing with Rick, I'd bum rush with open market stock purchasing and create nonexpected price movement and volume with chump change. I would continue this process on the down low creating rampant speculation , of what the heck is going on.
Then the hammer, cut a deal with some down money with Rick and a big PR, pump up and then the short down dump, and let the deal fall apart.
Perfect plan if one can avoid jail. Now the question for us long time underwater get me outa here bagholders,,,, how long do u ride the bucking horse, $.20, $.50, $1.00 $7.00,
