I am very much in agreement with your comments. The company did indeed make great progress with the completion of the Phase I clinical trial. There is absolutely no disputing this fact. The answer as to why the Phase II trial was moved from Q1/Q2 to Q3 is very simple. It's virtually impossible to initiate a Phase II in a matter of a few months after completion of the Phase I.
