I can't speak for everyone, but I do know I am not

The news yesterday was significant. Not because it shows we are close having a finished product. It was significant because it was proof of life.
The company was looking like, and acting like a scam company.
What I mean by that is they promised tests that were supposed to begin almost 3 years ago. This phase 1 completion was one of them.
They prd a 3rd party efficacy test back in 2017 and it dissappeared without any announcement or trace. The Stock then doubled almost immediately and then ran to $3 and the whole Freidland mess.
Up until yesterday the company kept saying we have this great product, but nobody else had seen it. No credible 3rd party had tested it Despite the fact they kept saying it was coming. and they kept making exscuses and no results. Mean while the stock went from $3 to $0.10 (even after the chairman was at conferences telling everyone we were going to get massive shareholder growth.
The lies were adding up, and then everyone started getting phone calls from the SEC about trading issues (the Freidland mess)
And almost 3 years later STILL no 3rd party tests. The perception was getting bad, and it wasn't from the Bashers on lie hub. It was the company making it look that way.
Continually updating the presentation .pdf while silently changing timelimes without comment didn't help the perception they were scamming didn't help matters.
So yesterdays news was important. We now have a 3rd party independently testing the product. The company actually showed progress. They didn't just talk about progress, they made progress. That is a big difference. They have gotten back some of the legitimacy they had lost.
They have changed the timeline of the phase 2 test. I can live with that. I am not thrilled about it, but I can accept it, because they actually finally did something besides talk.
Pussim perhaps could inquire as to why the test for phase 2 was moved from 1st quarter of 2019 to 3rd quarter of 2019, but I can guess at some of the reasons why. Especially because they are relying on another company to do the testing for them.
but to summarize, People are excited because they actually did something for a change. That shouldn't be a big deal, but it became one because up until now they were talking the talk, but not walking the walk. at least not as far as anyone not required to sign a NDA could see.
