Getting back to my opening sentence, there are two well known expressions that come to mind. 1. It’s a long way to Tipperary, and 2. Rome wasn’t built in a day. This is applicable to clinical trials, but it’s also an adage that attests the need for time to create great things. The following link by the National Psoriasis Foundation explains very simply what is involved in each Phase of the clinical trials. Phase 2 as you can see is much wider in scope and it will continue to evaluate not only the safety of the cream, but how effective it actually is in treating the condition they are testing.

But I do sincerely hope most of you will remain on this journey.
