per some of your observations .. you are not alone

over the last few months
i've rec'd in more than a few PMs
from several P2O investors
who have observed years of MM *activity* re: PTOI
and (to them) that something seemed different recently

i don't disagree .. i noted *efforts* back in August 2018 and *volume*

imo *if or when*
P2O (company) actually delivers on their first sale .. entity
that is so firmly embedded (for years) into PTOI (stock) that has mostly
been held @ sub 6c since January 2014 .. has one hell of a problem ..
the other issue entity faces imo and that i've alluded to at various times
over the years is that while many original investors have never sold one PTOI share .. neither has CB (cost basis) been reduced .. which is why if P2O delivers
it should be interesting to see what price points and *volume* come into play re: PTOI

many years ago .. i'd noted then ... price points of interest based on NRs' take down of PTOI


of course for years there has been a small core group of investors that has provided bid support on PTOI
which is why some of us find it interesting to note pattern change outs

as to the abusive short in PTOI .. *imo* having utilized NRs' patterns for a few years now on various equities .. NR just *re-works* price points .. with volume being the key .. this is why it's so revealing when *volume* comes into play

PTOI had *volume* of 36M and change in 2013 and 2014 ..
PTOI had *volume* of 13M and change in 2017 and 2018 ..

it will be interesting to note what comes to pass this Q

btw NR last *ran* PTOI one year ago (that round was to 5c)
it was started @ EO December 2017 and carried into January 2018

    Dec 2017 = 1,629,015   

   Jan 2018 = 2,039,578 .. based on input .. sells from some off shore P2O investors imo done in first half of 2018 approx 750,000 shares

I can understand not being too excited about any price movement...or momentum shift at .01-.02 if you're averaged in at $1.00 or .50 or even .25 or .20. There's nothing to get worked up about unless you're ready to claim a substantial loss. I don't share that dilemma with many of the true original investors...and although it doesn't mean I don't wish to see this tech work any less....I'm in this at .03 with more than my share of holdings.

When I get the sense that MM's want to conceal forward/upward momentum by not showing ask hits.... averaged in @ .03... and at a active SP of .01 ...yeh....I'm going to get a little amped up. All it takes in a wicked shorted stock...the slightest shift of momentum...and coupled with impending news..yeh...sign me up.

"THEY" are not terrified down here @ .01..."they" have made money all the way up and back down from $5.00...have reinvested...and partied plenty. I don't believe that an illegal naked short position will ever be fully replaced...I don't buy into that. Even if "they" have to dole out 10X in shares at this price point...what they took from investors...it will be a win for them. That's how "they" always win!! What "they" DON'T know is how entrenched the longs are...and what news is around the corner that may play into the movement.

Again, at this point, after I've witnessed this managerial style...I'm ready to part with much of my holdings unless there is a major change of attitude. Again, I'm in at .03 and any bump is game on for me.
