I actually remember when there was no Phase II for

But, I started researching them, and I went a little overboard and researched all peptide vaccines, immunotherapy, emailed questions to actual PI researchers etc. I started thinking AE was more of an investment for me, Oral-lyn as well but it became secondary. I wrote a ton about AE, abstracts to patents, most on the seldom read Generexpipelinereview blogspot (which I only started when we moaned on the digitaltradz forum how horribly void of info the Gnbt and AE websites were; and I feel still ARE), but my most proud thing of that 2005-2013 period were way back, 2006, before anyone heard of the gp2 vaccine being an arm within our Phase II- when Generex announced a doublet vaccine to be researched and financed by the Mary Crowley Cancer Center.
I emailed AE for the first time. “Hi, you will have a pubmed peer review showing AE37 is the first such cd4 vaccine to show robust activity absent the adjuvant. I’m a shareholder, can you explain? (Etc etc)” The assistant or whoever included me in the forwarded email said “Eric, how does this person know what isn’t published?” I saw that in EvH’s “who is this?” response. I said I’m a shareholder, help run digitaltradz, and I bet your AE37 Combo Vaccine is AE37/GP2 for cd4 and cd8 together.
He couldn’t tell me because it wasn’t public info and not 100% resolved. He said “insightful and interesting guess but I can’t reveal this; we will update the public accordingly “. I said to myself that I may update digi members before that. I was right the combo was AE37/GP2 and unfortunately Col George Peoples is bogged down in some legal matters involving GP2.
AE was founded by Dr Bob Humphrey’s, who trained at Yale and Harvard, around his lab when he worked at University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1995. He made Joseph Gulfo as AE CEO. Gulfo almost became FDA Chief under President Trump. Gulfo>>>> https://www.breakthroughmi.com/people/
Acquiring AE was the best one strategic business decision that Anna Gluskin got right. But, it took a decade and a half for Joe Moscato and his team including Craig Eagle to clean up the sloppy mess created by inadequacies of Col Peoples et all in trial design.
I’m lost on my point as I type on my phone and work. I really believe in AE- NuGenerexImmuno-Oncology (though I’d lose that annoying “-“ dash). I’m just kinda kinda excited it’s finally happening for AE. In 2008 maybe, I snuck into the Rohdman and Renshaw Health Conference in nyc with former President Clinton as main speaker. You need like to make $250k a year to be an accredited investor. I don’t so I make my own name tags. For Generex, Anna was sick. EvH had to do the corporate presentation. He talked about “Baboom RapidSpray.” Plus Oral-lyn and Ae37. For Eric, he must be thrilled that Joe is finally working to get them financed, properly listed, with brighter days ahead.
AE becoming a publicly traded company is ridiculously awesome to me.
