Gerald is definitely making plans for his own exit. As I had posted earlier, I still believe that the Board and/or others have someone or maybe several people in mind as a possible replacement and they are not starting a search from scratch.
Gerald appears to be writing the press releases himself at this point, so who knows, but I think its strange that the road map read: Further updates will be provided later in the first quarter of 2019." unless they already a plan.
