You missed the point of my question as well.
So for the last time.
When do you (the board as a whole) think that DECN will reach a point that they 'could' declare a dividend?
"Had to comment and no disrespect intended but the question on paying a dividend is uniformed, irrelevant and bush league". Disagree as you missed the point of my question.
"This company has a poor mans balance sheet, generates negative cash flow, only a couple mil in annual sales and it’s long term success is not guaranteed". Agree.
"For the uniformed, does Amazon pay a dividend, Ilumina pay a dividend, Intuitive Surgical pay a dividend? I don't care about those other companies as I don't own their stock. AT some point they 'could' if they reach that inflection point. Companies do post dividends.
"There’s more do some research. The last thing the company should focus on is a dividend. How about financial stability, sustainable growth, paying employees and suppliers, creating a fortress balance sheet, growing sales, vertical integration, etc". I agree. The question in a different way is: when do you (the board as a whole) think all this will be completed.
Last I looked this is a micro stock with less than 5M market capitalization, potential for lawsuits, no marketing organization, small staff, etc. Give the company it’s due for hanging around and creating a plan. Give the company some time to attempt to execute. I agree.
Dividend? Think we would be happy to see revenue growth, positive cash flow and a positive return on our investment. I agree
So to summarize:
So far everyone has missed the point of the question.
Companies pay dividends.
It appears NO ONE thinks this company will ever get to the point that they COULD post a dividend.
I'll answer my own question with my WAG. 2023.
It appears you (the board as a whole) all are to uptight to ask a simple question.
Never mind.
Sad. No grinzs.
