Curious as to the expected time delay if any between the reverse split and up-list date. Any lengthy period of time would give shorts a chance to disrupt.
And a reverse split of 1:15 with all the shares tied up by insiders would result in a float of less than 10m shares. Institutions are reluctant to own low float stocks because of the extreme volatility and spread associated with entry and exit.
Yes a later forward split would help......but avoiding or minimizing the RS would accomplish the same end. And that is my preference.
