I would be fine for Rory to pull the trigger tomorrow for a 1:20 RS.
That gets us to $8 which gets us way past a more than padded minimum uplist price.
Then, let that list start getting PR'd. The share price would rocket on the NASDAQ.
Institutional Buyers flocking in with a smaller share count.
Even if it were 1:15, That would still be a good deal higher than minimum price.
The News and Announcments that are expected are just massive, I would far prefer to take the NASDAQ, the market and investors that are looking for the next big tech by storm than blow all that down here to maybe get to a minimum uplist , then get to the Big dance without much of any news.
That's why I am in line and agreement with what Rory and all the directors are planning on.
