Not sure I agree on this. Remember how email has a feature everyone hates, "receipt confirmation". I keep wondering if NotifID will become a built-in feature of automatic signature lines. This could yield great info for sales teams to filter out who is paying attention to their emails. Perhaps additional IV with CTAs could also have connectors in email generation buttons. I mean consider how Skype meetings were so effectively bundled into email creation.

For that matter, IV could be a new feature in Skype video for conference calls.
I still think there is room in the MS Office Suite.
Perhaps also in distributed Powerpoint presentations as well.
A stretch, but adding links to interactive videos in the comments balloons in Excel, might find a modicum of use.
