We never done our DD for nothing either, and we have done an enormous amount of it, financials are fine, him selling shares is fine be it for his salary or helping the company.
You do have to dig deep with your DD to find things also some things you might not like, that's part of it, all should do it and look....
Del. debt is paid: The share reduction, name change if it happens is all great, PL's is one thing I have some concern about Pharrel Protection is no where to be found, be it that the name maybe incorrect for reasons from the past.
As for as the 2nd one or first one which ever one it is we have done DD that I will not put publicly post on this board, until I see Ads of the campaign and who they are from I will not change my mind....this company has so much potential, but until Steve starts telling everything exactly the way it is we aren't going to far.....
Plenty of traders/flippers are doing all they can to keep it down so they can flip that happens in all with the potential that ONCI has....
3 years with the same pattern, Steve is a great salesman but he is also a great salesman in another way also......
I'm not trying to bash or influence anyone, just telling it as I see it, because the DD I have is unsettling at the least.....
