. It's all there if you take the time to look for it.
Big Picture..
The financials are vetted by a Lawyer, who would otherwise be breaking the law by signing off on them. The company makes proffit and growing m/m consistantly.
A while back SB fell on his sword, took responsibility for the lack of communication and started releasing incremental SH updates. A few things came up unexpectedly, which put a hold on just about everything except building the businesses, which he is doing in epic fashion.
All roadblocks have now been dealt with. It has only been a cpl weeks since the debt was adjudicated. Since then the pps has been UP 30%+, SB has initiated the Share reduction, added 4 locations to the revenue pipeline, met with another large ins co, and released a very successful FB ad campaign.
SB was not taking salary in order to allocate more revs to the co. I'm not worried about him selling shares if that is the case. whether it is for his salary or to purchace more of Sifthouse or the rest of Cogosense all are very reasonable decisions for a fast growing company in its infancy.
These ave price buys/sells are very strategic imo knowing the news in the pipeline will bolster the PPS in the near future and will make those who invest now a bunch of money.

Each coming with a boost to the PPs imo followed by impressive Q2 #s will hold the position going forward. Who knows at that point maybe we will see an audit too..
Also aside from selling shares, there are OBVIOUSLY sellers/flippers trying to strategically tank the pps (see last 2 minutes of every trading session). I don't consider them part of the market, simply a handicap. once we see the 30/40mil volume consistently it will be much harder to manipulate the price . No company is perfect and no CEO is perfect. Our CEO just happens to have the skills to build our businesses and work his butt off doing it, however brash his personality can be. The people trying to hold this down (see every post ending in "LOL OR BAHAHA"
will not win.
