Agree. POTUS has until midnight this Friday to sign off on the budget to have the doors of the Judiciary open Monday morning. IMHO tonight's nationwide address could be a time to announce at least approving a CR to pay the DHS Customs & Border control personnel he is visiting tonight among the rest of our government employees i.e. Judicary.
