Let's not close the door on Feb 4th completely based on Trump tonight, but allow for the full remaining 3 days thru Friday to see if there are any last minute miracles to fund the government, albeit perhaps a very slim chance. Just IMHO! 
Never surrender until its absolutely necessary!
Even if the courts do shut down, it will only be another speed bump in our pot holed/speed bump filled trip in our effort to gain legal precedent of our patents! The end result is not in question IMO, only the timing of when we achieve our goal!
