I know some of you are happy to see Gerald go, but

Here's a new gameplan for you all to fancy:
If Coeptis has 15M shares now, and is raising $18M in a series C, to be followed by an IPO, maybe the scenario goes like this...
The $18M is raised at a ~$100M valuation, so there goes another ~3M shares after discounts.
Elto transaction completes. Now there are 25.5M shares@copetis O/S.
Coeptis IPO's at ~$240M valuation sitting on $20M cash, and selling another 4M shares at $8.00 IPO price after discounts, raising $32M for a total cash position of $50M post IPO expenses and 29.5M shares outstanding at Coeptis, which we'll round up to 30 for incentives.
Amarantus now owns 50.1% of 7.5M shares initially valued at $8.00 a share, that are locked up for 6-18months for "milestones" (but really, thats just normal IPO lockup). Initially this will put 3.75*8= $30M of value on our books, which can be traded for this and that, and if/after AP is settled should be greater than what we owe in total on everything. If indeed Coeptis conducts a phase 2b trial with some revenue generation from the pipe and starting with $50M, we should be able to see the outcome of the trial without any additionally meaningful dilution at Coeptis other than here and there for personnel.
Let me say that I welcome more news and information, and I am grateful for a reasonable plan where we're no longer alone in seeking success, but I am not at all sold on this plan. And let this be a warning to all. A classic move prior to bk or any other shareholder devastating outcome that management sees in advance is to bring in someone else to oversee the dirty work and give some space to the failed manager's liability. Whoever is brought in to replace Gerald will speak volumes as to the outcome. While we all welcomed the extension to April from toxics, it is likely we traded the A/S increase to get it.
Then again, we still have total control of MANF, and things may be turning up, and that is a sweet spot indeed.
All in all I hope for an inflection filled 2019 too, and most of all good health and spirit to all whom God continues to pity through this absurd endeavor.
