There's no doubt there is illegal stock manipulation taking place with RMHB.
Market manipulation is prohibited in most countries, in particular, it is prohibited in the United States under Section 9(a)(2)[2] of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934,
I plan on reporting the trader mentioned by Big Jimmy. The Securities Exchange will have no problem finding him(or/and his accomplices) through his trades.
Market manipulation is not taken lightly and they are going to end up in hot water once I get the paper trail started on them. I've had enough of this B.S. Why should we all have to pay for their greed?
Penalties for manipulating the stock market
There are both civil and criminal penalties for manipulating the stock market.
Civil penalties include:
a) A fine not exceeding S$250,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or to both; or
b) Payment of a civil penalty under section 232 by a court order.
