CDEL is a brokerage house, or Market Maker . You can see their trading activity via level 2 quotes. Go to OTCMarkets.com and you can see what's happening in real time.
If you open your trading acct. in another tab or window (I like using two monitors) and place a trade at the current best ask price, you can see if it goes through or not while the ask is still up.
If it just sits there for an extended period and won't fill, at least if you're using Etrade like I am most of the time, then you know the MM is "blocking" with a fake ask wall like biggest jimmy said.
I've watched that happen on the OTC for years now, and on this stock at least, the float is too damn big for a few of us to ratchet the price channel higher if the MM's don't see the liquidity or buying pressure to support their volume target at higher prices.
It'll happen, but a small handful of us traders will not force it there. It would require a group of traders with millions at their disposal, working together to overrun them.
Even then, if the group were unsuccessful in accumulating the vast majority of the float and locking it up, they would never be able to keep the price lofted up.
Just gonna have to be patient a bit longer folks. It'll happen when the big picture sparks a mad dash to get invested. It's not that far off now, but don't bother asking me "when". I just know it's going to happen, and that's working for me. For those with the patience, it'll pay off HUGELY.
