Maui, I agree I think G wants to start the Reg A soon but typically, and this may not be the case for us, there is some premarketing of offering before they set price and actually start offering shares. Again, this may not apply to us, but the whole reg A+ process takes time.
Please don't take my comments as anything wholly negative. Sure there are things to concern yourself about, but overall it's a major victory and very welcome.
I too am glad to see people work with us and all the boogie men stay away. Nice that CHF gets no Manf Tx given it's value could 10x by years end with herantis data. Even if herantis CDNF fails, there could be data that removes loads of risk from MANF and also cancels out a competing molecule.
