Those who responded to the question about where the litigation funding is going have all been assuming that the funds have to go to litigation expenses, whereas I had assumed that SFOR used the money to keep the lights on.
Is there something that requires litigation funding to go for legal expenses? Or can it be used to keep the company afloat until the settlement?
