I think that you are barking up the right tree.
And Rory seems confident that he will have money remaining after the SC merger for Opex etc and acquisitions. Where does that come from??
Alternatives for a substantial cash windfall would be a large contract with mind boggling up front payment. Or some entity like MSFT taking a small position (10%) in the company....That would sure facilitate raising funds.
