I don't look at the offering to buy SC as dilution because they bring in pretty large revenues so that alone will boost the stock price. The offering price will be an interesting one. That will create large volatility in the stock price for a short time. Traders will be all over it. Shorts will come back in play too. So here's hoping we have some solid news and real partnerships that follow that to prevent the large volatility. And partnerships are not as some have stated here. Just because our product can run on a certain platform does not make them a partner to nFusz.
