nFusz While your argument is valid history show

While your argument is valid history shows a vastly different outcome for companies who RS. There have only been a small percentage of companies that RS that created stockholder value by doing so. Why else would Rory be apologizing for going against his vow not to RS? He knows that a RS is not good too. You can look at it from rose colored glasses but the RS will not be good in the short term and could be a very long time to recover from.
That being said, it's really about the adoption of our product in the market. Either it happens slowly, quickly or not at all. Slowly or not at all will bring the price right back down after the RS and may get us de-listed.
I've been investing a long time and any RS, no matter how it's "sold" to us investors will not be good. At least in the near term.
And as Red stated, it all depends on your investment terms and goals. The world today is an immediate gratification world. Most people don't have the patience for the long view. They are like Veruca Salt, I want it now!
Let's see how many know who that is. : )
Happy Holidays to all. I hope you all get what you are wishing for.
