I agree he looks to have been set up and entrappment seems a good possibility but won't go so far as to cry Innocent. At the time I believe Bob was desperate for cash and excercised poor judgement we all know that using promoters and PR's to push your stock is commonplace in Pinky's and the rat witness was probably doing it to get out of a jam he found himself in. In the end of the day those that do the P&D and I am not saying CWRN is. But those that do it use a 3rd party so this doesn't happen to them. Stock will take a big hit but in the end of the day the production is still there and hopefully this will fully recover with or without Bob.
