Personally I think that this was a "set up"  Bob is Innocent of any wrong doings, and has hit "gold" sort of speak, and someone wants it. Someone wants to step in and buy it for a song and dance and this was planned and orchastated from a long time ago. There are a few shady characters within those MMs that I wouldn't put it past them for planning this!!

Bob shall over come this Bullshit and do his share holders right. He's got the cash now and some good strong people behind him.
