The only really new news was the gift card exchange.
Another competitive business with some well established and well funded companies.

Margins will be interesting. Purchase someone's gift card for 92 cents on the dollar and sell for 95 cents. OR do you charge customers a flat $2-$3 fee for an exchange...will require a very high volume and/or partnerships to make money. And a nice functioning website.
Build it and they will come.....
