I highly doubt our Government is working next week as most companies I deal with are taking vacation from this Friday afternoon until Wednesday January 2, 2019
I may be able to work on Weds/Thurs 12/26 and 12/27 - however I am waiting confirmation that the companies I visit are working next week.
To me Our President must sign the Bill this week.
IMO if it is only signed on Thurs or Fri of this week, we may not see any PR's until vacation is over and everyone returns to work on Weds Jan 2, 2019.
Most traders take the last week of the year off from trading as volume is usually very low unless traders are still looking for "tax loss selling" and hence PR's will go unnoticed except to Our Group !!
Due to the delay, "cheapie" shares are available to anyone who has any $$ in their trading account !!
