We did not know timing as to when Cisco took over, therefore its significant to the timing of the settlement. Cisco will have a say in this when all is said and done. imo
No one trying to pump this as to be this unbelievable amazing event that will drive the PPS. It's an important piece of the settlement puzzle. imo
