My two cents, FWIW, >>
1) I wonder if Carter was able to keep Stemtech out of Chapter 7 liquidation and just stay within the Chapter 11 debt reorganization. He lost his first appeals in the courts regarding the lawsuits against the company. I'll need to dig in to that.
2) The acting head of the FDA said the claims Carter was making about the Stemtech RCM system was questionable at best -- and at worst -- "deceitful and fallacious" >>

The consumers are hereby warned that STEM ENHANCE has no curative value. No clinical studies or scientific justification has been shown to substantiate the claim that it can release adult stem cells from bone marrow into circulation. The health [benefit] claim is deceitful and fallacious
3) I also wonder if Green, along with his buddies Corbin Hardy and Mike Starkweather, are now investing in Stemtech -- any money which was made off of ANDI? I'd like to be a fly on the wall at Dynamic Ventures to see if the "three amigos" are now going to be in "Stemtech mode."
4) If this new "venture" keeps Green in his new role full time, that should mean he is done with ANDI. In my humble opinion, shareholders should consider that good news.
