Nothing too specific. Seems from what I read, the PR's are never executed. Over 80 million spent with nothing to show for it. And more importantly, it seems this veridisyn has no history of any expertise in anything. Makes for a very questionable company. Of course, with the founder's blatant violations and 5 year ban, I guess saying the players are in question is an understatement. The comment of all are responsible for their own DD is correct. But anyone doing that DD here has zero reason to invest.
What I also find very interesting is the seeming blatant disregard for the company's actions or lack thereof while thinking the stock price is being manipulated and thus the reason the company fails or doesn't. In my 50 years of experience. The stock is a result of the company, not the other way around.
Not going to spend too much time here. I hope to find a true start up with much better potential. Offshore wind and wave energy is much more interesting now than this. I wonder what they would do with 80 million dollars.
