absolutely no disrespect .. but this has all been

the subject of abusive shorting is extremely divisive .. do i believe that IPIX (and CTIX b4 that) has an abusive short position? .. that far exceeds what NR (non retail) reports re: the legal short to Finra .. you bet'cha .. but that is only one aspect of what is being done imo .. i refer to Ihub as the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation .. because since its debut .. it's been littered with *trading crews* who illegally manipulate OTC targets .. of which *imo* CTIX was one ..
btw it was far easier to do a decade back when there was literally far less *transparency* out of NR (non retail) and legit mgmt teams were mostly clueless (i was too but having watched a totally legit OTC company be destroyed in mere months in 2009/2010 my curiosity was piqued after lucking out on another totally legit OTC that uplisted on 1.18.07 and round robined pps wise from approx 50c to 32.00 to 18c in less than 22 months)
it was (ironically enough) at the SEC's behest that Finra created the daily reg sho reporting to go with MM Monthly et al .. and as easy as it is to malign Finra .. i'm grateful to have at least the ability to observe who shows where on l2 and who actually reports .. to say nothing of tracking every *legal* short noted on IPIX/CTIX
the oddity is for an OTC target to actually outlast NRs' efforts .. most do not imo
imo Innovation has that potential (there are no guarantees in life let alone U.S. equities)
I remain an investor in Innovation due to mgmt's *aggressive* response of 2015's beyond blatant (and totally predictable because it's not *unique* to Innovation) attack and the company's diverse platform which significantly de-risks *risk*
one thing that trading crews and embeds do is conflate the I/O with the Float
it is only the Float that is freely traded .. not the I/O (issued and outstanding)
this is why i've always noted that *volume* is the key .. volume is comprised of trades .. anyone who buys or sells IPIX can usually match up their time stamp with the daily tape of trades .. it's worth doing to see how handled .. it can be beyond eye opening some days

I admit this is quite confusing. Part of it is all of the abbreviations and slang so it’s hard to follow the story you’re telling. Are you saying they have a giant naked short position and they need to keep the trading volume up to keep the short hidden? I’m not getting it.
