It has been known to me, and everyone else, since January that there is no legal, documented link between SIGO and VBF Brands... Yet.
I believe this is where the SEC financial documents would come in. That would link all these companies together as SIGO the umbrella company.
On VBF Instagram, they are publicly stating that their entity, them, are a licensed manufacture and cultivator in California. Stock Ticker: SIGO. That's a very public statement. So on good faith, I'm expecting this linkage to become clear once the financials are made public.
