Today I sent a reply back to beachkarma welcoming him back at the SIGO IHUB board at the first section right below and later I received and reply from Chemist in the second section below claiming SIGO shows no affiliation with VBF Brands (Von Baron Farms) anywhere and that the licensing is only for VBF. I did notice SIGO is nowhere on the first link from April 2018 and nowhere on the temporary licensing page on the SIGO Instagram page. Also on the second link for the amended articles of incorporation from March 2018 for SIGO in Colorado on page 3 of 8 ARTICLE TWO part II it says SIGO can conduct business in any state in the USA etc which they are doing in California and Valerie Baugher is listed as the director but only has her mailing address the same as VBF 20420 Spence Road Salinas CA 93908. On the first link which I think is the farming license for VBF Brands Valerie is listed as the chief executive officer, the secretary and the chief financial officer with the same 20420 Spence Road address. So my question for everyone is are there any documents out there that show these 2 companies are linked together. Does Valerie Baugher name alone link them or will these companies be linked in the future annual licenses so it is all one company then. I did not want to open this discussion on the SIGO IHUB board with all the bashers there and thought it would be much better to address this issue here. Thanks in advance for your comments here. MTH4, just a couple of facts for you to consider.

Currently SIGO has zero temporary licenses. And they will likely not get any CA annual licenses as they are a Colorado registered corporation.

The 2 current licenses that SIGO has been using are both in the name of VBF Brands. I have been doing DD on SIGO and its associated companies for about one year now. Up to the present, I have not been able to find any info regarding the legal relationship of VBF Brands to SIGO. All I know about VBF Brands (besides their ownership of the CA temporary licenses) is that they are a California registered company and their only named executive and director on their registration is Valerie Baugher.

Valerie Baugher is also the only name shown in SIGO's latest filing with the Colorado SOS's office.
