$18 million is an awful lot of money to raise before an IPO. But maybe they wont actually raise all of it? And/or maybe this is a back up plan to execute on some plans if the IPO is delayed.
The Coeptis website lists 3 drugs in their pipeline under the 505 (b2) program and they mention it in the press release:
"with the launch of our first FDA-approved 505(b)2 product expected in 2019"
So this drug(s) are already approved by the FDA? What is it? Does anyone know? Very strange.
